DR. MOINI
M.
Reza Moini, DDS, MS holds a DDS degree from Tehran University, Iran.
He completed the advanced specialty education program in fixed
prosthodontics at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Buffalo,
and he also holds a Master of Science degree from SUNY from the
department of Oral Medicine. Dr. Moini also holds a certificate
from the prestigious Misch International Implant Institute in
Pittsburgh.
As a lifelong student
and educator, Dr. Moini has taught dental students on the pre-doctoral
and post-doctoral levels at Georgetown University School of Dentistry in
Washington, DC. He was awarded both the Faculty Recognition Award
and the Instructor of the Year Award at Georgetown.
Dr. Moini's practice
philosophy is to listen to each patient's individual concerns, to
provide thorough and comprehensive treatment in a relaxed and
comfortable environment, and to provide the highest level of patient
satisfaction. His passion for dentistry and his ability to relate
to people have combined to give him an excellent professional
reputation.
Dr. Moini's main
professional interest is prosthodontics. A prosthodontist is a
dentist who restores and replaces natural teeth, with an emphasis on
esthetics. As a prosthodontist, Dr. Moini is specially trained to
provide patients with services such as crowns, bridges, cosmetic
procedures, dentures, dental implants, and treatment of facial and jaw
pain caused by temporomandibular disorders (TMD).
Dr. Moini is a member of
numerous professional organizations, including the American College of
Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Oral Facial Pain, the International
Congress of Oral Implantology, and the American Dental Association.
